ILMZone Cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Cancellation and rescheduling of booked lessons can be troublesome. Therefore, by signing up to Ilmzone, you agree to the following policy regarding cancelation and rescheduling.
Cancellation policy-tutors.
- The tutors listed on Ilmzone can cancel a scheduled lesson anytime. There is no penalty associated with canceling a scheduled class at any point; however, it is best to inform customer care 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- In case of cancelation, the total amount of the lesson booked will be credited into the student's wallet and can be used to book another class or withdrawal.
- In case of cancelation, the tutor will not receive any payout for the booked session.
Cancelation policy-students
- In the event of cancellation, the students listed on Ilmzone must cancel the lesson at least 24 hours before the lesson initiation.
- cancellation at a time less than 24 hours before the schedule is impossible at the student's end.
- If you do not show up at the scheduled time, the total amount paid for the lesson will be lost.
- In case of emergency, students can contact customer support to cancel or reschedule the lesson on their behalf at any time and request a refund.
- Refund on cancellation through customer care less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time is not mandatory and is based upon the administration's discretion.
- Students cannot cancel the scheduled lessons more than three times in one month.
- In case of cancellation by tutor, full amount will be credited into the wallet.
Rescheduling policy-tutors
- Tutors can reschedule the lesson anytime.
- There is no penalty for rescheduling the class. However, it is best to inform customer care 24 hours before rescheduling.
- There is no limit to the number of times tutors can reschedule in a month.
Rescheduling policy-students
- Students can reschedule the lesson at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.
- Rescheduling at a time less than 24 hours of a scheduled time slot is not possible on the student's end.
- Please call customer care in a family or health emergency and inform them about the emergency.
- Students cannot reschedule a lesson more than three times in a month.
